Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of galaxyvideoguides.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by No Limit Enterprises, Inc. By using or accessing the Site in any way, or by purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content, including our video guides, DVDs and books, are the sole property of No Limit Enterprises, Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. Video Guide License and Access

Digital video guides are licensed, not sold, on the following terms:

  1. Each purchase includes access for one (1) year from the date of purchase, for the personal use of one (1) person. Guides may not be shared, copied, altered, or posted on other websites or forums without our written consent.
  2. Links to your guide that we provide after purchase or by email are for the sole use of the customer who purchased it. Sharing these links is prohibited.
  3. Commercial use, resale, reproduction, or use of a guide to train a group, company, or organization is prohibited without our written consent. Licenses for businesses, charities and groups are available — contact us at support@galaxyvideoguides.com.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Video guides are a one-time payment and do not renew automatically. DVDs and books are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a video guide, we will cancel and refund your order. Refund requests must be made by email within 14 days of purchase. Your access to the guide ends when the refund is issued.

5. Returns of DVDs and Books

For physical products such as DVDs and books, start a return by emailing us. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund it in full, including shipping. If it has already shipped, please send the item back to us; once we receive it in unused condition we will issue a refund. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and refunding the original shipping cost is at our discretion. We will send you the return address when you contact us.

6. Termination

No Limit Enterprises, Inc. may terminate your access to the Site or a guide for violation of this Agreement, without notice.

7. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

8. Trademarks

Galaxy Video Guides is an independent publisher and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung. Samsung, Galaxy and related marks are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
